Nuri Luis our commercial director explains in the following video the types of BIO envelopes for electronic commerce that we have developed.
Due to the entry into force of the new regulations to reduce the plastic consumption, as well as the growing awareness of consumers regarding waste reduction, we have launched our solution for the sale of ecommerce products.
We manufacture and personalize BIO bags in compostable materials that comply with the European regulations on biodegradability and compostability (EN-13432: 2000), recycled plastics according to Royal Decree 293/2018, and water-soluble plastics that are soluble in water and 100% compostable.
We have a wide variety of formats. Ecommerce envelopes and tote bags are some of our formats.
Our envelopes and plastic bags are made with high quality materials that meet regulatory standards. Obviously all our products can be personalized with the brand logo.
Our compostable bags are made with renewable plastics obtained from plant resources such as potato starch or corn. Compostable bags have the same properties in terms of resistance as conventional bags and they are also renewable, biodegradable, and compostable.
With the “Ok compost” certification as it is 100% biodegradable and compostable bags, they meet the European standard on biodegradability and compostability (EN-13432: 2000)
The Bags and Envelopes in PEHD and PELD, that contain 70% of recycled material and have a minimum thickness of 50 microns, are bags free of charge according to Royal Decree 293/2018 for the reduction of plastic bags. Although the shipping envelope, being the primary packaging of the product, would not be affected by the law, it is interesting to start working with recycled materials to be more sustainable.
They are the only bags free of charge (except for compostable bags with a thickness lower than 15 microns). Thicker bags have been chosen, with a minimum thickness of 50 microns, to be reused several times. They are thrown into the yellow bin for plastics and, in addition to being made from 70% recycled plastic, they are 100% recyclable.
They are ideal for any type of product that requires resistant, reusable and recyclable packaging, avoiding a great ecological impact.
Bags made from polyvinyl alcohol (PVA), which is a fossil-based polymer. In contact with humidity, rain and oxygen, PVA is biodegradable, resulting a natural compost for land.
Our bags made with water-soluble materials are the ones that minimize the impact with the environment, since they are made with fully biodegradable materials, so if for any reason these materials end up in contact with nature in the form of waste, they end up breaking down into a matter of hours or days depending on their formulation.
It is recommended to consume before 12 months. They should be stored very carefully, maintaining a constant ambient temperature and avoiding humidity and direct sunlight. They are not suitable for any application because of their water solubility
We manufacture them to order on request. Made with 100% natural fibers, they are the maximum expression of the Bio product. They provide an eco-friendly and organic touch to the design, ideal for brands that need to bring nature and natural texture closer to their branding context.
On request we can manufacture in 4 types of cotton:
