At Rovi Packaging we are specialists in customizing your paper envelopes, we have a
production process that is mainly located in Spain, which provides us with a high degree of
flexibility and speed of delivery time. We have different types of paper envelopes:

Paper envelopes with a square base, with side gussets and a base for food use and bulk products among other uses.

High quality flexo printed paper envelopes. Made with papers suitable for food contact.

The lower part of the bag is completely closed with a glued bottom and the upper part is open,
to fill the envelope. Once filled, it is closed manually, being able to use an adhesive with your
logo or brand, in this way all the packaging is paper and we facilitate its recycling.
They can be made of kraft paper and / or white paper of high quality 100% virgin fiber.

We have bags with a transparent window to see the content once the envelope is closed.
For greasy products we have laminated papers inside in high and / or low density polyethylene.
Customized manufacturing from 10,000-15,000 units depending on size and number of inks to
be printed.

Example:

Flat envelopes, without base. With or without side gussets: ideal for pharmacies and gift shops. Also suitable for food use.

Paper envelopes printed in flexography from 35 gr. Virgin paper with PEFC certificate.
We work with virgin paper for 35 gr envelopes, since a recycled paper would break, because it
doesn’t have the same resistance as a virgin paper. FSC paper on demand.

We have papers suitable for food contact.

All our envelopes can be personalized from 25,000 units. Flexography printing.

• Flat envelopes with and without side gussets in 50 grs. paper Available in brown, white and various colours. Ideal for pharmacies, parapharmacies, beauty products, gift items… We have standard sizes already manufactured. Service from 1000 standard units and customizable from 25.000 units.
• Flat envelopes with side gussets in white or brown paper of 35 grs. Ideal for bread, sandwiches and pastries. We have standard sizes. Service from 1000 standard units and customizable from 250.000 units.
• Flat envelopes with side gussets and window. Made of 35 grs white or brown paper. Ideal for bread. Service from 1000 standard units and customizable from 30.000 units.
• Cylindrical envelopes with hexagonal base ideal for churros or chips. We have standard sizes already manufactured. Service from 1000 standard units and customizable from 25.000 units.

Paper envelopes with flap and adhesive tape:

The paper envelopes for e-commerce shipments have a self-adhesive closure to be able to send your products. We can put two adhesive closures for possible changes required by your customer. By putting two closures we promote that the customer reuses the same envelope he receives in case of returns, so it is a reusable envelope and therefore very sustainable with the environment.

We have 3 sizes: 25×35 /4+6 – 40,5×50/4+8 – 60×50/4+14 cms

Customizable from 5000 units. We do not have standard measures.

Flexographic printing from 1 ink to 6 inks.

On white cellulose and plain kraft paper.
